Trains terminate in Duisburg or Poland; we then deliver by truck anywhere in France in 2 to 4 days. Some services run directly to Lyon or Dourges.

Yes, under the TIR regime. The truck crosses Central Asia and Turkey in 14 to 20 days, then delivers straight to your address.

Yes, in groupage from 1 m³. Your pallets travel with other customers' goods and are delivered individually.

Yes. The clock starts when the first parcel of the shipment arrives. Up to and including day 30, receiving, photos, storage and consolidation are free.

Storage is charged €0.90/m³/day from day 31 to day 60, then €1.80/m³/day from day 61. We remind you on day 25 to plan the departure.

We send them the address and instructions in Chinese, and our local team calls them if needed.

You send us the pro-forma invoice, we verify it with the supplier, you transfer the amount in euros and we pay in CNY or USD within 24 to 48 h with proof.
