Four ways to ship a parcel from China
For a few dozen kilos, a pallet or container makes no sense. We offer four parcel solutions matched to weight, urgency and type of goods.
International express (3 to 6 days)
Via DHL, UPS or FedEx on our negotiated accounts. Ideal for samples and urgent shipments up to 70 kg. Duties and VAT are billed on arrival by the carrier.
Air parcel DDP (8 to 12 days)
Customs duties and VAT are included in the per-kilo price: nothing to pay on delivery. The favourite of e-commerce sellers and shops for shipments of 10 to 300 kg.
Rail parcel DDP (22 to 30 days)
The same all-inclusive principle by train, at half the cost. Perfect for planned restocking of 20 to 500 kg.
Sea parcel DDP (40 to 50 days)
The most economical option for 100 kg to 3 tonnes, duties and VAT included: ideal for initial stock or bulky, non-urgent restocking.

Chargeable weight = max(actual, volumetric). DDP lines: general cargo only — no branded goods, loose batteries or regulated products.
How is a parcel price calculated?
The price is based on chargeable weight: the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight. By air, 1 m³ equals 167 kg (1:6000 ratio), so a light but bulky carton is billed on its volume.
- Example: a 60 × 40 × 40 cm carton weighing 8 kg → 0.096 m³ → volumetric weight 16 kg → billed 16 kg.
- Tip: ask your supplier for right-sized cartons, or let us repack (€1.50/carton).
Accepted goods
Textiles, accessories, small furniture, decoration, spare parts, tools, packaging… Branded products, loose batteries, liquids, powders and regulated products (cosmetics, food, medical) require a specific line: contact us before shipping.
